Well I haven't posted in a while so i thought I would tell you a little about the weekends. Well the first of the 2 was the 4th of July. That was really fun, we did the whole 4th at the park and Avia is at the age that she loves it and could go all day. We did the rides and the games and the dinner and of course the big fireworks. It was a really fun day and Madix loved it to being that it was his first 4th. He rode a few rides with Avia and Jayden. The we went to my mom and dad's and did there fireworks with everyone. fun fun!
The next was the Ute Stampede! This has been such a big weekend since I could ever remember, sometimes Mike thinks we are crazy. It's like a family reunion for our family. My Mom and Dad's families both come and stay and do the rodeo and parades, and all the fun things. We always go as a huge family to the parade and the Rodeo on thursday night. It's fun and then friday we do the carnival and Avia rode all of the rides this year and was not scared at all. We were there till midnight on both nights with her. Madix just watched, he thought it was pretty loud and fun! Then on Sat. We had Josie's baby shower at my mom and dad's house and then a family reunion at my grandma's and then we go to the Rodeo with friends and family, it was so fun. I am so thankful for friends and family. My Grandma Ted was one of the men over the rodeo for like 25 years so I think that how are family reunion on this weekend started, but it has been such a fun tradition! I love it and it was so fun, Avia keeps asking if will do it again this weekend! haha That's why it comes once a year! She just loves to play with all the cusions! I'll post pictures soon!

It was such a fun weekend! Thanks for inviting Alex and me to the rodeo with you guys. You always make me laugh so hard! Next year I need to sit next to you though-I don't know how I ended up two rows back!

Isn't July a great time of year to be a Nephite?!? I am glad that you had such a fun time, my only regret is that we weren't there on Saturday with you. When are we going to have our lunch time pajama party?
I am so sad that I missed the Ute Stampede this year! I am praying that we will get to come next year. I was laughing durring the fireworks this years because they stopped for a second and his sister and him were saying that was it. I told Jon that it is like 30-60 seconds between each or each set of fireworks in Nephi. I told him that you just sit there and wonder if that was the finally. Maybe they have upgraded since I was there last??? Josie is Pregnant? Tell her Congrats!

I missed the good old ute stampede this year, but it sounds like you guys had a good time. Mostly just the carmel apples though, that is the only reason I go!
